On Friday, August 2, Birthright Israel Foundation hosted an exclusive event at a private home in the Hamptons, gathering donors for an evening focused on the impact and future of Birthright Israel. The evening featured special remarks from Charles Bronfman, co-founder of Birthright Israel. Guests also heard inspiring stories from Birthright Israel alumni.

Isabel Allard, a 2021 Birthright Israel alum, 2022 Onward alum, and University of Michigan graduate, shared how these programs shaped her identity and deepened her connection to Israel. Brendan Schneier, a 2024 Birthright Israel volunteer, spoke about his experiences and the lasting impact of his work in Israel post-October 7th.

Adding valuable insights, Cat Korren, a multi-time trip staffer and educator, discussed what it was like to lead the first trip after October 7th and the evolving education of the programs.

The Birthright Israel Foundation's Hamptons event underscored the enduring legacy of Birthright Israel and the significant difference it continues to make in the lives of young Jewish adults around the world.
